Participants of the meeting included: У зустрічі взяли участь: head of the Armenian National Center of Legal Research NGO Tigran Yeranosyan and police expert of the Kamo Asatryan Center; deputy head of the Patrol Police Department  of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia Alexandre Bolkvadze, head of the Prognosis and Analysis Office of the Informational-Analytical Department of MIA of Georgia Vladimir Pitskhelauri, official representative of MIA of Georgia in Ukraine Kostiantin Mchedlishvili, the head of the International Center for Geopolitical Studies Tengiz Pkhaladze, project coordinator of the International Center for Geopolitical Studies Nato Bachiashvili; Director of the Department for Analyses and Corruption Prevention of the Center for Combating Economic Crimes and Corruption of the Republic of Moldova Victor Colin, head of the Investigations and Internal Security Division of MIA of Moldova Iurie Maximov, head of the Motor Vehicles Department of MIA of the Republic of Moldova Valentin Gorceac, director of Pro Marshall Center Tatiana Busuncian; deputy head of the Administration of the State Automobile Inspection of MIA of Ukraine Volodymyr Reznikov, Inspector General of Administration of the State Automobile Inspection of MIA of Ukraine Oleh Siryi, head of the All-Ukrainian Special Collegium for Combating Corruption and Organized Crime NGO Yuriy Lavreniuk.

Participants of the meeting discussed the issues of reforming law enforcement bodies, particularly, traffic police, directions for improvement of work of the State Traffic Inspection, as well as measures to prevent and combat corruption in this sphere.

The head of the Committee Valeriy Bevz informed about the achievements in reforming the MIA system in Georgia, Armenia and Moldova and stressed the importance of measures to combat crimes, corruption, and other offences. He also stressed Ukraine?s achievements in creating legislative anti-corruption basis adoption of the Laws "On principles of prevention and combating corruption", "On Rules of Ethical Conduct" and other amendments to Ukrainian legislation.

Deputy head of the Administration of the State Automobile Inspection of MIA of Ukraine Volodymyr Reznikov said that reformation of militia is also a burning problem for Ukraine. First and foremost it is necessary to adopt new legislation governing legal status, principles of operation and powers of militia.
